Judy understands what it takes for sales success and has a stellar career in capital and diagnostics sales. Judy has also worked with not -for-profit organizations to bring services that support their mission of making a difference in people's lives.

VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER/KOL ADVISORY MEETINGS

Understanding and communicating the voice of the customer is key to any product and business success. Facilitating customer advisory board meetings to gather feedback from Key Opinion Leaders on current trends in healthcare practices and the impact on operations and processes builds better relationships and shapes strategies. Judy has a gift in the way she facilitates CAB meetings and how she gathers the inputs and product requirements from VOC that create products and solutions for success.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Judy has a clinical and scientific background as a Clinical Specialist in Transfusion Medicine and has years of experience in clinical, scientific, management, sales, and marketing roles. She understands what it takes for success and is engaging in her pursuit to educate and transfer her knowledge to others. She has created and presented sales training programs, as well, as trained numerous clinical specialists. She has facilitated scientific advisory group meetings, authored technical papers, and is published in multiple scientific journals.

PATIENT ADVOCACY

Judy provides professional independent services in patient advocacy. She has numerous years experience in the clinical setting. Judy is a Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA). She supports patients by helping them understand their diagnosis and researching treatment options, if needed. Judy empowers patients to make their own decisions about their health care and supports patients to navigate through the health care system. Her allegiance is to the patient and the care givers while assimilating care and interfacing with the the healthcare team.
